How do I get my files after I buy?
Right away. Checkout is handled by Payhip: your download link appears on the confirmation screen, and a copy is sent to your email. Everything we sell in the shop is digital unless a listing says otherwise — nothing to wait on at the post office.
I can't find my download email.
Check your spam or promotions folder first — the email comes from Payhip. You can also sign in to your Payhip account any time: everything you've bought lives in your library there, ready to download again.
A download failed, or a file won't open.
Try downloading once more — a dropped connection is the usual culprit. PDF files open in any free PDF reader, and sticker packs arrive as a .zip file that needs unzipping first (double-click on most computers and phones). Still stuck? Email [email protected] and we'll fix it or refund it — your choice.
Can I download my purchase again later?
Yes — your Payhip library keeps your purchases, and you can re-download on any of your devices.
How do I print the stickers?
Print the sheet pages at 100% scale (no "fit to page") on sticker paper, Letter or A4 — both sheet sizes are included. Cutting by hand works fine, and the sheets are laid out to fit inside Cricut's Print Then Cut area if you use a cutting machine. Individual sticker files are included too, at full print quality.
What about colouring books, planners and labels?
They're PDFs sized for home printing on Letter paper, and they print just as well at a copy shop. Print single pages as often as you like — that's what they're for.
Wallpapers — will they fit my phone?
Wallpaper packs include the sizes listed on the product page, made from full-quality originals. Set them like any photo: save, open, and choose "set as wallpaper."
Build plans — anything special?
Plans are PDFs with measurements, cut lists and step-by-step instructions. Print the pages you need in the shop, and keep the rest on your phone or tablet.
Every digital pack comes with a personal-use licence: print and use the files as often as you like for yourself, and give printed copies as gifts. The files themselves stay ours — please don't resell them, share them, or redistribute them; that's how the farm pays for lumber. Build plans are yours to build from, for yourself or as gifts; please don't sell or share the plan file itself. The full wording lives on our Policies page.
How do I get my member drops?
Join on the Members page and Payhip looks after the rest. Your drops live in the membership area of your Payhip account — sign in there any time to view and download them, on any device. New drops are posted monthly.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in your Payhip account whenever you like; you're never locked in, and cancelling stops the next month's charge. Anything you've already downloaded is yours to keep using under the personal-use licence.
Is anything mailed to me?
No — The Burrow is all digital. Nothing is mailed.
Physical goods (bracelets, pendants, built pieces, printed sticker packs) are sold through our Square store and ship from Bewdley, Ontario by Canada Post lettermail — an envelope or small packet with regular postage and no tracking number, which is what keeps small items affordable to ship. Orders go in the mail within 3 business days; typical delivery is 2–5 business days within Ontario and up to about 10 across Canada. If a letter genuinely goes astray, tell us — we'll reship or refund. A lost envelope is our problem, not yours.
Fair and simple. Digital: if a file is defective, won't download, or isn't what the listing described, we refund it in full — no forms, no fight. Physical: if something arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll repair, replace, reship, or refund — whichever makes it right. This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or ad pixels. When you buy, Payhip or Square handles your payment — we never see your card details. Privacy requests: [email protected]. Full wording on the Policies page.
